Shipping, Returns & Class Cancellations

Shipping Area

Clorinda Design Studio currently ships physical artwork and products only within the contiguous United States, meaning the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses outside the contiguous United States, and international destinations is not currently available through the website.

Processing and Delivery

Estimated processing or shipping information may be included in the individual product listing or order confirmation.

Original artwork and handmade products may require additional preparation and careful packaging before shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact Clorinda Design Studio as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after an order has shipped.

Final-Sale Policy

All original artwork and physical-product sales are final. Returns or exchanges for preference, color variation caused by a screen display, or a change of mind are not accepted.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and other details carefully before purchasing.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If an order arrives damaged, contact Clorinda Design Studio as soon as possible through the website’s Contact page.

Please retain:

  • The damaged item

  • The original box and packaging

  • Photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Damage claims will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, the resolution may include repair, replacement, a carrier claim, or a refund.

Do not discard the item or packaging until you receive further instructions.

Class Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and no-shows are nonrefundable.

If Clorinda Design Studio cancels a class, registered students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to an available rescheduled class.

Classes hosted by a quilt shop, guild, or another venue may be subject to additional policies disclosed in the class listing or registration materials.
