These Terms of Service govern your use of ClorindaDesignStudio.com and purchases made from Clorinda Design Studio. By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, operation, content, or availability.

Clorinda Design Studio may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website content, products, classes, or services at any time.

Products and Artwork

Product descriptions and photographs are presented as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device.

Original artwork and handmade products may include natural variations that are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. Clorinda Design Studio reserves the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by an error or unavailable item.

Classes and Workshops

Class descriptions, dates, locations, skill levels, supplies, and requirements are provided on the applicable registration page.

A class registration applies only to the class and participant identified in the order. Participants are responsible for bringing any required supplies and following applicable venue and safety requirements.

Some classes are hosted in partnership with quilt shops, guilds, or other venues. Additional venue policies may apply when they are disclosed in the class listing or registration materials.

Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when an order or registration is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payments are processed through Squarespace and its payment-processing partners. Clorinda Design Studio does not directly store complete credit-card information.

Class Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and failure to attend without notice are nonrefundable.

If Clorinda Design Studio cancels a class, registered students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to an available rescheduled class.

A specific class listing or host venue may contain additional terms. When clearly disclosed before purchase, those specific terms will apply to that registration.

Shipping and Returns

Physical products are currently shipped only within the contiguous United States. Additional details appear in the Shipping, Returns & Class Cancellations Policy.

All artwork and physical-product sales are final. Items damaged during shipping will be reviewed individually. Customers should contact Clorinda Design Studio promptly and retain the item and all original packaging.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, class materials, patterns, written content, graphics, branding, and other original content displayed on this website belong to Clorinda Design Studio or are used with permission.

Purchasing artwork, a product, or a class does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Educational Information

Classes, demonstrations, guides, and website content are provided for educational and creative purposes. Individual results will vary according to experience, materials, equipment, and practice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clorinda Design Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, participation in a class, or use of products or educational materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website may link to or use services operated by third parties. Clorinda Design Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
